• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Certain items, such as custom engraved items, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If you prefer to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact customer service. We will assist you with the exchange process.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Furniture items are shipped via UPS or similar services. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the items.
